With summer coming to a close we continue to focus on various Oktoberfest events throughout the state of Texas.

Here are the details on this years’ Oktoberfest in McKinney, TX from the cities page:

McKinney Oktoberfest
Expanded to Three Days This Year!

  • Friday, September 26,  4 to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday, September 27, 10  a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday, September 28, Noon to 5 p.m.

Where: Historic Downtown McKinney
Cost: Free

Dust off your lederhosen and tune up your yodel for this year’s Oktoberfest. McKinney Oktoberfest is a familyMcKinneyOKTO favorite, offering authentic German music, food and drink, traditional costumes, dancing, children’s activities and much more

The “beer garden” covers a total of 14 blocks throughout McKinney’s Historic Downtown square so you can enjoy all downtown McKinney has to offer with a German beer in one hand and a bratwurst in the other. McKinney Main Street, supporting sponsors and the shops in Historic Downtown McKinney will host non-stop activities in the heart of our great city.

Free Shuttle Service
Free TAPS Shuttle Service will run on Friday, September 26 and Saturday, September 27 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at two convenient locations to transport guests into Historic Downtown McKinney every 20 minutes. No shuttle services on Sunday.

Look for Shuttle Parking signage at the following locations:

  • First Baptist Church of McKinney (1615 West Louisiana St.)
  • The Ballfields at Craig Ranch (6151 Alma Rd.)
