[S]moking ribs is an easy way to get the flames of your pit going and jump right into smoking meat. They’re typically much cheaper than smokin’ a whole brisket, they’re relatively easy to smoke, and getting flavor on them doesn’t involve a whole lot of work.
Though beef is king in Texas, these videos will showcase different techniques for smoke pork ribs. (Don’t worry, we’ll have a beef rib post too). I’ve referenced Youtube for most of my smoking tips and tricks, so hopefully you find some new techniques as well.
